How Zyvor collects, uses and protects information when you use our website or contact us.

This Privacy Policy describes how Zyvor (“Zyvor”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and handles information when you visit zyvor.tech, submit a project inquiry, email us, or book a strategy call.
It applies to the Zyvor website and related contact methods. It does not apply to third-party websites or services we link to.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
Personal information
Name, work email, company or organization, website, project details, budget, timeline, and similar information you choose to send.
Usage information
Pages visited, device and browser information, referral source, and similar website-usage data collected through analytics.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how the website is used and how it performs.
Information from third parties
Analytics data processed by Google, booking details you submit through Calendly, and email delivery through Microsoft 365.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Review and respond to project inquiries
- Contact you about an inquiry you submitted
- Operate and improve the website
- Understand how visitors use the site
- Schedule a strategy call when you choose to book one
We do not sell personal information.
4. Contact & Project Inquiry Forms
The website includes a project inquiry form on the Contact page and related project-request surfaces. Depending on what you choose to provide, a submission may include your name, work email, company or organization, website, what you are looking to build, project stage, estimated budget, timeline, project details, how you heard about Zyvor, and confirmation that Zyvor may contact you about the inquiry.
Form submissions are sent by email through Microsoft 365 to waleed@zyvor.tech, or another Zyvor mailbox configured for inbound inquiries. You can also email us directly at the same address. We do not collect a phone number through the website form.
6. Third-Party Services
The website uses or links to:
- Google Analytics, for usage measurement
- Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Graph, for delivery of inquiry emails
- Calendly, for strategy call booking
- LinkedIn, Clutch, and Contra, for profile and work links
These services have their own privacy practices. Information you provide directly to them is handled under their policies.
7. Data Retention
Inquiry emails are retained as business correspondence in Zyvor’s email systems. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics provider. We do not currently publish a fixed deletion schedule.
8. Data Security
Inquiry submissions are delivered through Zyvor’s business email system. As with any information sent over the internet, we cannot guarantee complete security.
9. International Users
Zyvor works with clients in the United States and the United Kingdom. If you contact us from another location, the information you submit may be processed using email and analytics services that operate in more than one country.
10. Your Rights
If you have submitted an inquiry, you can contact us at waleed@zyvor.tech to ask about the information you provided, request a correction, or ask us not to contact you further about that inquiry. We will review requests as part of ordinary business correspondence.
11. External Links
The website may contain links to other sites, including Calendly, LinkedIn, and Contra. This Privacy Policy does not cover those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
