The Challenge

Enterprise HR processes depend on shared employee and organizational data but require different permissions, workflows, rules and operating experiences. As modules expand, tightly coupled logic creates duplication, inconsistent data and difficult-to-maintain workflows.

The Approach & Architecture

I designed a shared workforce foundation with modular HR domains, role-aware experiences, workflow-driven operations, reusable services and cross-module reporting. Employee and organizational data remains consistent while individual HR domains can evolve independently.
